Ummeed – Second Chance

UMMEED (Second Chance) Program – aims to reintegrate out-of-school adolescent girls and young women aged 15-29 back into mainstream education. This program offers a “second chance” to girls and women who, for various reasons, had to drop out of their formal schooling. Through this initiative, they get the opportunity to pass the 10th-grade examination and obtain a certificate under the government open school system.

The program creates a supportive and empowering environment where the learning process is designed to be flexible and accessible. Its primary objective is to motivate out-of-school adolescent girls and young women to continue their education and guide them toward self-reliance.

The objective of UMMEED is not limited to education alone; it also connects participants to various life opportunities such as further education, skill development, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and employment.
