She currently serves as the Senior Associate Coordinator at Pravah in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, where she has worked closely with over 10,000+ young people to build their agency, leadership, and life skills.With a background in Social Work (MSW) from Banasthali Vidyapith, Harsha brings a unique blend of grassroots facilitation, program coordination, and strategic thinking. Her core strengths include community mobilization, participatory facilitation, and designing youth-led social action initiatives. She has also contributed to national and international forums, including the Young Feminist Forum and APFSD Youth Forum 2025 in Bangkok,amplifying youth voices on global platforms.Harsha’s work focuses on critical issues such as child, early, and forced marriage (CEFM), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and youth participation in sustainable development.
