Pahar Foundation is a community-based non-governmental organization that ensures equal and quality education, leadership, and skill development opportunities for marginalized communities, tribal children, adolescents, and youth in Madhya Pradesh, promoting constitutional values in their lives. We work with governmental bodies, community groups, and the community to enhance educational processes at government schools and the community level and cultivate active citizenship among adolescents and youth through constitutional values-based processes

Ummeed Girls Education & Gender Equality

Ummeed program is an initiative focused on the education and leadership skills of girls. We help them create a supportive environment to pursue studies

Nirmaan

Focused on youth leadership and active citizenship development. It inspires youth to bring about social change in their community.

Ummeed – Second Chance

This Program helps out-of-school women (15–29) pass 10th grade through open schooling, fostering self-reliance, skills, and employment.

Shiksha Aur Poshan

An initiative on cognitive development and growth of children of marginalized communities in Harda District of Madhya Pradesh.

Community Learning Center

Aims to improve the competencies of tribal children in the age group of 6-10 years and to bridge the lack of continuity in children’s learning
