Community Learning Center

Pahar Foundation has been operating Community Based Education Centres
in three tribal villages in the Harda district of Madhya Pradesh since 2021.

Foundational literacy and numeracy are some of the primary pillars of building progressive learning capabilities for children to develop skills in the future.

Building Pillars

We are laying the groundwork for future learning success among the tribals youths

Action based initiative

300+ children benefited directly from the 3 centers' across villages Vangram Badwani,Aamsagar and Davya of Harda District

Supportive environment

Our team nurture critical thinking and creativity in young minds aged 6-10.

Challenges to overcome

Our centers tackle issues like seasonal migration and low parental awareness, providing daily FLN activities and resources to maintain children's educational interest

Education shapes fundamental qualities inside any individual to learn about how to learn. High
quality and immersive learning habitats to nurture learning abilities effectively play a larger role in the later stages of life. Pahar Foundation believes that effective learning attitudes cannot be built from books alone but predominantly through recreational activities, especially when children are aged between 6 and 10 years.

Alongside the art and craft sessions to develop critical skills, children were also exposed to explore musical skills like playing a dholak, group singing, and basic knowledge about ragas.
